Back in the glory days, I was a UCF Business Administration major, which appears to have come in handy. Honored to be recognized along with my fellow compadres in the local food scene in the Fall 2014 Pegasus Magazine. So grateful Scott Joseph included “Growing a Community” as part of the food chain.
